On Thursday morning, the 8th of March, Lucy Aylward in 6th Class went to Bunscoil MacAuley Rice in Callan to take part in the county spelling bee. She won the school's competition to go through to county level representing our school. There were 15 other competitors representing their schools from all around County Kilkenny. Lucy got to the 2nd last round but unfortunately she came 6th place. We are very proud of Lucy.
