In December we enjoyed a Christmas themed Aistear! The children played 'Santa's Workshop' at the Role Play corner, they wrapped presents, designed toys, they took phonecalls in Santa's office and made some 'Naughty & Nice' lists! In the Construction area the children built North Pole themed buildings for example Santa's Workshop and the North Pole village itself. At the Playdough station they used Christmas themed playdough mats to make gingerbread men, stockings, Christmas decorations and more! At the cutting station we focused on creating our Santa lists. Using the Smyth's toy catalogues the children cut out things that they would like and stuck them onto paper to make a santa list. We hope you enjoy browsing through these photos!
