We have been so busy over the past few weeks and have been really enjoying our school work in Junior Infants! We have been doing lots of sorting and classifying in Maths and have had plenty of opportunities to become familiar with all of the lovely Maths resources that we have in our school.
We have also been doing lots of activities to develop fine motor skills as we prepare to do more written work over the coming weeks. We have had great fun threading, using pegs, beads and tweezers.
Autumn has been our theme for the past fortnight and as you can see from the pictures, we have done plenty of interesting things in Aistear from conker hunts in the sand pit to planting Spring bulbs and doing leaf rubbings and making squirrels in Art.
We even had a visit from Garda Aoife who came to talk to us about Road Safety!!
