Sixth class had the pleasure of welcoming the Mindfulness Muinteoir, Bernie Woods to the classroom this morning. We practiced some new mindfulness techniques. We are looking forward to using them during the week, and can't wait until next Wednesday, when we will have another opportunity to develop our ability to focus on the moment.
