Senior Infants have been learning all about road safety to mark Irish Road Safety Week (IRSW) 2023. Here they are showing some of the work they have been doing in identifying safe and unsafe practices and the posters they created.
We also put on our new high-viz jackets and went for a walk to the Main St. to practise how to cross the road safely. We would hope that lots of the children partake in ‘Walk to School Week’ this week and for ‘Walk on Wednesday’ throughout the year.
